摘要:

随着中国工业副产石膏的日益增加,探索其高值化利用途径已成为当前研究的热点。硫酸钙晶须作为一种具有高强度、高韧性和优异耐高温等特性的材料,逐渐成为利用工业副产石膏的一种重要方式。近年来,利用硫酸钙晶须对沥青改性的研究取得显著进展,表明硫酸钙晶须能显著提高沥青的高温性能、抗车辙能力及耐老化性能;但其在沥青改性过程中引发的低温性能下降问题仍需突破。为解决这些问题,研究者们开始探索将硫酸钙晶须与其他材料(如SBS聚合物、废弃油类)协同使用,或对其进行表面改性,以提高其在沥青中的性能。基于该领域研究进展的系统梳理,介绍硫酸钙晶须的制备方法、基本性质及其在改性沥青中的应用现状,首次系统总结其在沥青改性中的作用机理、改性效果及与其他材料的协同应用。此外,对硫酸钙晶须应用中面临的挑战及未来的研究方向进行展望。硫酸钙晶须作为一种可持续且具经济效益的材料,有望为沥青的改性提供一种新的途径,并推动道路工程的绿色发展。

Abstract:

With the increasing amount of industrial by⁃product gypsum in China,exploring its high⁃value utilization pathways has become a current research hotspot.Calcium sulfate whiskers,as a material with high strength,high toughness,and excellent high⁃temperature resistance,are gradually becoming an important method for utilizing industrial by⁃product gypsum.In recent years,research on modifying asphalt with calcium sulfate whiskers has made significant progress,indicating that calcium sulfate whiskers can significantly improve the high⁃temperature performance,rutting resistance,and aging resistance of asphalt.However,the problem of decreased low⁃temperature performance caused by calcium sulfate whiskers in the asphalt modification process still needs to be addressed.To solve these problems,researchers have begun to explore the synergistic use of calcium sulfate whiskers with other materials(such as SBS polymer,waste oils) or surface modification to enhance their performance in asphalt.Based on a systematic review of the field's research progress,the preparation methods,basic properties,and current application status of calcium sulfate whiskers in modified asphalt were introduced.For the first time,the mechanism of action,modification effects,and synergistic applications with other materials of calcium sulfate whiskers in asphalt modification were systematically summarized.Additionally,it was looked forward to the challenges faced in the application of calcium sulfate whiskers and future research directions.As a sustainable and economically beneficial material,calcium sulfate whiskers were expected to provide a new approach for asphalt modification and promote the green development of road engineering.
