摘要:

随着中国工业的快速发展,工业副产石膏(磷石膏、烟气脱硫石膏、钛石膏等)排放量日益增长,工业副产石膏大量堆积会造成严重的环境问题,例如污染地下水、土壤等。工业副产石膏是制备硫酸钙晶须的原料之一,硫酸钙晶须在工业中常被作为填充剂添加到其他材料中起到增强性能的作用,因此充分利用工业副产石膏制备高附加价值的硫酸钙晶须既能保护环境,又能拓展其应用范围,增加经济效益。但受生产工艺及设备的限制,目前在常压下利用工业副产石膏制备硫酸钙晶须尚未实现大规模工业化生产。基于此,对常压下利用工业副产石膏制备硫酸钙晶须的方法进行了系统综述和对比,重点分析了不同类型转晶剂对晶体形貌的调控机理,并探讨了工业副产石膏中杂质对转晶过程的影响。此外,总结了当前硫酸钙晶须制备方法的不足之处,并对未来工艺的发展方向进行了展望。

Abstract:

With the rapid development of China's industry,industrial by⁃product gypsum(phosphogypsum,flue gas desulfurization gypsum,titanium gypsum,etc.) emissions are growing,a large amount of industrial by⁃product gypsum accumulation will cause serious environmental problems,such as groundwater pollution,soil pollution and so on.Calcium sulfate whisker is often added to other materials as a filler in the industry to enhance performance and other functions,make full use of industrial by⁃product gypsum to prepare high added value calcium sulfate whisker,which can not only protect the environment,but also expand its application range and increase economic benefits.Due to the influence of production technology and equipment,the preparation of calcium sulfate whisker by industrial by⁃product gypsum under normal pressure has not been realized on a large scale.The methods of preparing calcium sulfate whisker from industrial by⁃product gypsum under atmospheric pressure were described and compared,the regulation mechanism of different types of crystal modifier on crystal morphology was described, the influence of impurities in industrial by⁃product gypsum on the crystallization process was introduced.The shortcomings of the current preparation methods of calcium sulfate whisker was summarized,and the future preparation process of calcium sulfate whisker was prospected.
