高炉烟尘中锌的浸出动力学研究

Abstract

Abstract: Zinc from blast furnace dust was recovered by acid leaching method.The effects of sulfuric acid concentration and leaching temperature on leaching rate of zinc were investigated and its kinetics was also analyzed.Results indicated that the zinc leaching of blast furnace dust conformed to the model of ‘unreactive atrophic nuclear’ type.The leaching kinetics equation was established as 1-2/3R-（1-R）2/3=kt，and the leaching reaction activation energy was determined to be 12.7 kJ/mol.The leaching process was controlled by the internal diffusion procedures.The reaction progression was 0.948 17.Enhancing the concentration of sulfuric acid and the temperature would accelerate the speed of zinc leaching and raise the leaching rate.
