浓度梯度型LiNi1-2xCoxMnxO2材料的制备及性能研究

摘要: 采用氨配合碳酸盐共沉淀法制备浓度梯度型Ni1-2xCoxMnxCO3前驱体,通过固相法在不同煅烧温度下制备层状LiNi1-2xCoxMnxO2正极材料。通过扫描电镜、X射线衍射实验表明,该材料具有典型的α-NaFeO2层状结构,粒径在100~400 nm。经LAND电池测试系统在20 ℃,2.75~4.6 V充放电电压范围内测试,在0.5、1、2、5 C倍率下,电池的首次放电比容量为174.1、168.8、147、108 mA•h/g,30次循环后放电比容量保持率分别为92%、87.5%、81.5%和62.3%,表现出较好的倍率特性。

Abstract: Ni1-2xCoxMnxCO3 concentration-gradient precursor was prepared by ammonia-carbonate co-precipitation method.Then,layered LiNi1-2xCoxMnxO2 cathode materials were prepared by solid phase method at different sintering temperatures.The prepared materials were characterized by SEM and XRD,which proved they had typical layered α-NaFeO2structure with particle size of 100~400 nm.Through LAND battery test system,the initial discharge capacities were 174.1,168.8,147,108 mA?h/g respectively at 0.5,1,2,5 C,and retained 92%, 87.5%,81.5%,and 62.3% after 30 charge-discharge cycles within the charge-discharge voltage range of 2.75~4.6 V at 20 ℃,which exhibited good rate capability.
