摘要: 聚合氯化铝(PAC)是目前应用最广、销售量最大的无机高分子混凝剂和水处理剂。聚合氯化铝具有对出水pH影响小、用量少、产生污泥少、除浊高等优点,因此中国学者对聚合氯化铝的制备技术和应用做了大量研究。根据原料的不同,介绍了中国聚合氯化铝的生产与制备现状,分析了不同制备方法的优缺点。根据单独投加聚合氯化铝、投加复合聚合氯化铝混凝剂、投加聚合氯化铝和助凝剂,分别论述了中国聚合氯化铝的应用现状。展望了聚合氯化铝的研究和发展前景。

Abstract: Poly aluminum chloride(PAC) is a kind of the most widely used and the largest sales inorganic polymer coagulants and water treatment agent.Poly aluminum chloride has many advantages,such as little effect on pH of effluent,less usage,less sludge,and higher efficiency of turbidity removal.Therefore the Chinese had made a lot of researches on the preparation techno- logy and application of poly aluminum chloride.Basing on the different materials,the production status of Chinese PAC was introduced,and the advantages and disadvantages of different preparation methods were analyzed.According to different dosing conditions,i.e.,dosing PAC,dosing compound-PAC,and dosing coagulant aid with PAC,the application status of Chinese PAC was discussed,respectively,then the research and development of poly aluminum chloride in future were forecasted.
