十八烷基三甲基氯化铵反浮选提纯磷石膏及石英脱除机理研究

Study on purification of phosphogypsum by reverse flotation of octadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride and its removal mechanism of quartz

摘要:

磷石膏中硅、有机质等杂质的存在严重制约了磷石膏的增值化利用。基于此,以湖北某磷化工企业副产磷石膏为研究对象,通过同步反浮选结合预先筛分工艺,以十八烷基三甲基氯化铵(1831)为脱硅剂,对磷石膏中石英、有机质等杂质的脱除展开了研究,并通过XRD、Zeta电位、接触角和XPS分析探究了1831的作用机制。结果表明,预先筛分与同步反浮选相结合的工艺能有效提升磷石膏精矿的质量,在178 μm筛分、脱色剂TC-3用量为600 g/t、1831用量为100 g/t、转速为1 800 r/min的最佳工艺条件下,可获得CaSO4·2H2O质量分数为94.543%、白度为58.07%的磷石膏精矿。机理分析表明,1831通过氢键作用在石英表面形成选择性吸附,继而显著增强了石英的疏水性和可浮性。

Abstract:

The existence of impurities such as silicon and organic matter in phosphogypsum seriously restricts the value-added utilization of phosphogypsum.Based on this,phosphogypsum as the by-product of a phosphorus chemical enterprise in Hubei Province was studied.The removal of impurities such as quartz and organic matter in phosphogypsum was studied by synchronous reverse flotation combined with pre-screening process,using octadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride(1831) as desilication agent.The mechanism of 1831 was investigated by XRD,Zeta potential,contact Angle and XPS analysis.The results showed that the process combined with pre-screening and synchronous reverse flotation could effectively improve the quality of phosphogypsum concentrate.Under the optimal process conditions of screening at 178 μm,decolorizing agent TC-3 of 600 g/t,decolorizing agent 1831 of 100 g/t and rotating speed of 1 800 r/min,phosphogypsum concentrate could be achieved with the CaSO4·2H2O content of 94.543% and whiteness of 58.07%.The mechanism analysis showed that 1831 formed selective adsorption on quartz surface through hydrogen bonding,and then significantly enhanced the hydrophobicity and floatability of quartz.
