超疏水磷石膏制品的制备及机理研究

摘要:

为了改善磷石膏制品的耐水性,同时提高磷石膏的利用率,讨论了3种激发剂(醇胺激发剂、钙质激发剂和硅铝质激发剂)对含硅油磷石膏制品的强度、吸水速率、24 h吸水率、软化系数等性能的影响,并进一步研究了含钙质激发剂的磷石膏制品在不同硅油含量下的耐水性,结合接触角、扫描电镜(SEM)测试方法,揭示了钙质激发剂-硅油磷石膏制品的耐水机理。结果表明:随着3种激发剂掺量的增加,含硅油磷石膏制品强度逐渐降低;而其24 h吸水率、软化系数随3种激发剂含量的变化表现出了各自不同的变化规律;其中,掺1%(质量分数,下同)钙质激发剂的含硅油磷石膏制品具有更好的强度、抗吸水能力和软化系数,且当钙质激发剂掺量为1%、硅油掺量为0.10%时,磷石膏24 h吸水率为3.38%、14 d吸水率为13.97%、软化系数为0.86,表现出超疏水性。这归因于钙质激发剂和硅油发生化学-缩聚反应,在石膏基体镶嵌/附着小突触,形成“荷叶效应”。

Abstract:

In order to improve the water resistance of phosphogypsum products and the utilization rate of phosphogypsum,the effects of three activators(alcohol amine activator,calcium activator,and silicon aluminum activator) on the strength,water absorption rate,24 h water absorption rate,and softening coefficient of phosphogypsum products containing silicon oil were discussed in this paper.The water resistance of phosphogypsum products containing calcareous activator under different silicone oil content was further studied.Combined with contact angle and scanning electron microscope(SEM) test methods,the water resistance mechanism of calcium activator-silicon oil phosphogypsum products was revealed.The results showed that the strength of phosphogypsum products containing silicone oil was decreased gradually with the increase of the content of three activators.While the 24 h water absorption and softening coefficient showed different changing rules with the contents of three activators.Among them,phosphogypsum products containing silicone oil doped with 1% calcium activator had better strength,water absorption resistance and softening coefficient.When the content of calcium activator was 1% and the content of silicone oil was 0.10%,the water absorption rate of phosphogypsum was 3.38% for 24 h,13.97% for 14 d,and the softening coefficient was 0.86,showing superhydrophobicity.It was due to the chemical condensation reaction between calcium activator and silicone oil,which embedded/attached small synapses in the gypsum matrix,forming the “lotus leaf effect”.
