摘要:

开发低成本长寿命的铂基催化剂是实现质子交换膜燃料电池商业化的关键。铂基金属间化合物具有原子有序的结构和独特的催化特性,被认为是燃料电池催化剂的理想选择。概述了铂基金属间化合物催化剂制备方法的最新进展,其中包括直接退火法、壳层辅助退火法、模板辅助退火法和溶剂热法,讨论了铂基金属间化合物催化剂在催化氧还原反应中的应用。分析得出:目前金属间化合物催化剂制备手段,还存在缺乏简单高效的制备方法和大规模可量产技术等缺点。因此,加快新型的金属间化合物催化剂制备方法的开发,对推进铂基有序催化剂的实用化具有重要意义。

Abstract:

The development of low?cost and long?life platinum based catalysts is the key to the commercialization of proton exchange membrane fuel cells.Platinum based intermetallic compounds are considered to be the ideal choice for fuel cell catalysts because of their atomic ordered structure and unique catalytic properties.The latest progress on the preparation of platinum based intermetallic compounds catalysts was reviewed,including direct annealing,shell?assisted annealing,template?assisted annealing and solvothermal method.The application of platinum based intermetallic compounds catalysts in catalytic oxygen reduction reaction was discussed.There is still a lack of simple and efficient preparation methods and large?scale production technology for the preparation of intermetallic compound catalysts.Therefore,it is of great significance to accelerate the development of new preparation methods for the preparation of intermetallic compound catalysts to promote the practical application of platinum-based ordered catalysts.
