三维多孔LaFeO3/CeO2/SrTiO3光芬顿和光催化协同脱色亚甲基蓝

Synergistic degradation of methylene blue by photo-Fenton and photocatalytic with 3D porous LaFeO3/CeO2/SrTiO3

摘要:

以聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯微球为模板,采用溶胶-凝胶法和化学沉淀法制备三维多孔催化剂3DP LaFeO3/CeO2/SrTiO3。通过X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、多站式全自动比表面与孔径分析仪、X射线光电子能谱仪和紫外可见分光光度计等仪器对催化剂进行表征,并考察了该催化剂对亚甲基蓝的脱色效果,分析了pH、过氧化氢剂量和温度对脱色效果的影响。结果表明,3DP LaFeO3/CeO2/SrTiO3复合材料被成功合成,呈现多孔结构,具有高的比表面积和光学特性。该催化剂在亚甲基蓝的脱色反应中表现出优异的催化性能,具有宽的pH使用范围,且能有效降低铁泥产量,大大降低二次污染。通过适当升高过氧化氢用量及反应液温度,可以提高催化剂的催化脱色性能,过氧化氢的最佳投加量为5 mL/L,反应液最佳温度为55 ℃。最后,提出了亚甲基蓝脱色的催化机理,在催化剂的光芬顿和光催化协同作用下,实现Fe3+/Fe2+和Ce4+/Ce3+持续循环和活性物种的产生。

Abstract:

The three-dimensional porous catalyst 3DP LaFeO3/CeO2/SrTiO3 was prepared by sol-gel method and chemical precipitation method using polymethyl methacrylate microspheres as template.The catalyst was characterized by instruments such as X-ray diffraction spectrometer,scanning electron microscope,fully automatic surface area and pore size analyzer,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,and UV-vis spectrophotometer.The decolorization effect of the catalyst on methylene blue was investigated,and the effects of pH,hydrogen peroxide dosage and temperature on the decolorization effect of the catalyst were analyzed.The research results indicated that the 3DP LaFeO3/CeO2/SrTiO3 composite was successfully synthesized,exhibiting a porous structure,high specific surface area,and optical properties.The catalyst exhibited effective catalytic performance with wide pH range and low iron mud yield in the decolorization reaction of methylene blue under ultraviolet light irradiation.The catalytic decolorization performance of the catalyst was improved by appropriately increasing the amount of hydrogen peroxide and the temperature of the reaction liquid.The optimal dosage of hydrogen peroxide was 5 mL/L and the optimal temperature of the reaction liquid was 55 ℃.Finally,this article proposed a catalytic mechanism for the decolorization of methylene blue.The continuous cycling of Fe3+/Fe2+ and Ce4+/Ce3+ and the production of active substances were achieved under the synergistic effect of photo-Fenton and photocatalysis of the catalyst.
