氯化银/聚醚砜复合膜原位合成及对溴离子的吸附研究

Study on in-situ synthesis of AgCl/PES composite membranes and their adsorption of bromine ions

摘要:

制备了用于吸附水中溴离子的复合材料,即将一定质量的硝酸银加入聚醚砜中制成铸膜液,利用原位合成法制备了氯化银/聚醚砜复合膜。通过比表面积测定(BET)、扫描电镜分析(SEM)、X射线粉末衍射分析(XRD)及拉伸性能测试等对复合膜的结构进行了表征及分析研究。通过静态吸附实验探究了氯化银添加量、吸附时间、吸附温度、溶液初始pH等对复合膜吸附去除水中溴离子的影响。通过实验得到复合膜吸附溴离子的优化条件:氯化银与聚醚砜的质量比为0.10、吸附时间为7 h、吸附温度为25 ℃、溶液初始pH为9。在25 ℃条件下溴离子在复合膜上的吸附过程符合Langmuir线性吸附等温模型和准二级动力学模型,当氯化银与聚醚砜的质量比为0.10时,制备的复合膜对溴离子的最大理论吸附量为83.31 mg/g。

Abstract:

The composite materials adsorbed bromine ions in water were prepared.A certain amount of silver nitrate was added to polyethersulfone to make the casting solution,and AgCl-PES composite membranes were prepared by in-situ synthesis method.The structure of composite membrane materials were analyzed and studied by specific surface area measurement(BET),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray powder diffraction(XRD) and tensile property test.The effect of silver chloride content,adsorption time,adsorption temperature,initial pH of solution on removal of bromine ions was investigated through static adsorption method.Experimental results showed that the optimized condition for adsorption of bromine ions by the composite membrane were m(AgCl)/m(PES)=0.10,adsorption time of 7 h,adsorption temperature of 25 ℃,initial pH of solution of 9.The adsorption process of bromine ions on the composite membrane was accorded with the Langmuir linear adsorption isotherm and Pseudo-second-order kinetic models at 25 ℃.The maximum theoretical adsorption capacity of the composite membrane was 83.31 mg/g with m(AgCl)/m(PES) of 0.10.
