摘要:

采用铁水预处理脱硫渣为吸附剂材料,以低浓度铈离子(Ce3+)溶液模拟稀土废水溶液,研究脱硫渣对Ce3+的吸附。运用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、和X射线荧光光谱分析(XRF)对脱硫渣进行物化性能分析,通过反应时间、初始浓度对吸附剂材料吸附Ce3+性能的影响实验,探究脱硫渣对Ce3+吸附性能及机理。研究结果表明脱硫渣对低浓度Ce3+具有良好的吸附效果,常温下,脱硫渣对Ce3+溶液最大吸附率为96.8%。反应时间和Ce3+初始浓度对脱硫渣影响不大。

Abstract:

Hot metal pretreatment desulfurization slag was used as the adsorbent material,and a low concentration Ce3+ solu-tion was used to simulate a rare earth wastewater solution.The adsorption of Ce3+ by desulfurization slag was studied.X-ray diffractometer(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM) and X-ray fluorescence spectrometry(XRF) were used to analyze the physical and chemical properties of the desulfurization slag.The effect of reaction time and initial concentration on the performance of Ce3+ adsorbed by the adsorbent to investigate the adsorption performance and mechanism of Ce3+ by desulfu-rization slag.The results showed that the desulfurization slag had a good adsorption effect on low-concentration Ce3+.At room temperature,the maximum adsorption rate of Ce3+ solution by the desulfurization slag was 96.8%.The reaction time and initial Ce3+ concentration had little effect on the desulfurization slag.
