转炉脱硫渣理化特性及吸附性能研究

Abstract:

Hot metal pretreatment desulfurization slag was used as the adsorbent material,and a low concentration Ce³⁺ solu-tion was used to simulate a rare earth wastewater solution.The adsorption of Ce³⁺ by desulfurization slag was studied.X-ray diffractometer（XRD）,scanning electron microscope（SEM） and X-ray fluorescence spectrometry（XRF） were used to analyze the physical and chemical properties of the desulfurization slag.The effect of reaction time and initial concentration on the performance of Ce³⁺ adsorbed by the adsorbent to investigate the adsorption performance and mechanism of Ce³⁺ by desulfu-rization slag.The results showed that the desulfurization slag had a good adsorption effect on low-concentration Ce³⁺.At room temperature,the maximum adsorption rate of Ce³⁺ solution by the desulfurization slag was 96.8%.The reaction time and initial Ce³⁺ concentration had little effect on the desulfurization slag.
