尾矿砂的酸溶特性与镍的浸出研究

Abstract

Abstract: The phase composition and relative content of gangue minerals of tailings from Jinchuan Company were characteri- zed by powder X-ray diffraction（XRD）.The dissolution conditions of minerals in sulfuric acid were thermodynamically calculated and analyzed.Then，the optimum technological conditions of leaching of Ni from the tailings were obtained by orthogonal experiments: mass ratio of sulfuric acid to mineral was 0.9∶1，mass ratio of liquid/solid was 2∶1，reaction temperature was 90 ℃，and reaction time was 4 h.Under these conditions，the leaching rate of Ni could reach 93.3%，serpentine and dolomite can be completely dissolved and a large amount of amorphous SiO2 were generated.
