磷化工副产磷铁的利用研究进展

Abstract

Abstract: Ferrophosphorus is a kind of by-product from the production process of phosphorus or FCMP by thermal method. Nowadays，phosphate rock resources are increasingly exhausted，therefore，the recovery and utilization of the ferrophosphorus by-product in phosphorus chemical industry are more and more significant as well.Based on a brief introduction of the physical and chemical properties of ferrophosphorus and its current utilization situation，three latest research progresses of ferrophosphorus utilization，such as preparation of phosphate and Fe2O3，preparation of energy materials，and extraction of valuable elements，were outlined in detail.At last，the technical difficulties and limiting factors of comprehensive utilization of ferrophosphorus were expounded.Meanwhile，some corresponding counter measures and suggestions were put forward in order to solve the existing problems in the recovery of ferrophosphorus.
