炼油废催化剂中分离有害重金属工艺条件研究

Separation technology of harmful heavy metals from waste oil-refining catalyst

摘要: 以炼油废催化剂为原料,用硫酸、盐酸、硝酸3种不同的酸处理含高镍等重金属元素的炼油废催化剂。采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定其中镍、汞、铅、铬、镉5种重金属的含量,探讨炼油废催化剂中分离有害重金属的最佳工艺条件。结果表明:在煅烧温度为400 ℃,煅烧时间为3 h,质量分数为10%的硫酸,液固体积比为5∶1,浸出时间为5 h的条件下,镍、汞、铅、铬、镉的浸出效果最好。

Abstract: With waste oil-refining catalyst as raw materials,sulfuric acid,hydrochloric acid,and nitric acid three different kinds of acid were employed to dispose waste oil-refining catalyst containing high heavy metals,such as nickel.Contents of five heavy metals including Ni,Hg,Pb,Cr,and Cd were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.The optimum technological conditions of separation of harmful heavy metals from oil refining waste catalyst were discussed.Results showed that,under the calcining temperature of 400 ℃,calcining time for 3 h,mass fraction of sulfuric acid was 10%,the volume ratio of liquid to solid was 5∶1,and extraction time was 5 h,extraction rate of Ni,Hg,Cr,Pb,Cr,and Cd were the best.
