西台吉乃尔盐湖盐田CFD模拟及资源元素预测

摘要:

盐湖生产过程中,锂、钾等资源元素在盐田系统蒸发浓缩过程损失巨大,为了研究锂元素在盐田系统的分布规律,以青海柴达木盆地西台吉乃尔盐湖为研究对象,构建盐田系统计算流体力学(CFD)模型,并对盐湖资源元素的分布规律进行预测研究。首先,采用室内模拟蒸发实验并构建CFD模型,获取卤水蒸发速率、锂离子扩散系数等关键参数;以此为基础,构建西台吉乃尔盐湖盐田CFD模型,研究不同制卤阶段锂元素沿不同截面的变化规律;最后,根据CFD模型对不同季节资源元素的分布规律进行研究,指出夏季和冬季盐田资源元素分布的差异。现场取样结果表明,CFD模拟所得锂元素分布结果误差低于2%,表明所构建的CFD模型可以精准预测盐田系统蒸发浓缩系统锂元素的分布,为提高盐田系统蒸发浓缩过程资源元素的回收率提供关键理论支撑。

Abstract:

In the production process of salt lakes,lithium,potassium and other resource elements suffer significant losses during the evaporation and concentration processes in the salt field system.In order to study the distribution pattern of lithium in the salt field system,herein,we took the West Taijinar Salt Lake in Qaidam Basin of qinghai as research subject,and constructed the Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD) model of the salt field system.Firstly,indoor simulated evaporation experiments were conducted and a CFD model was built to obtain key parameters such as the evaporation rate of brine and the diffusion rate of lithium ions.Then,the CFD model of West Taijinar Salt Lake was constructed to study the variation of lithium elements along different sections in different halogen production stages.Finally,the distribution laws of resource elements in different seasons were studied based on the CFD model,and the differences in the distribution of resource elements in salt pans in summer and winter were pointed out.The on-site sampling analysis results of the salt field indicated that the error in the distribution of lithium elements obtained from CFD simulation was below 2%,demonstrating that the constructed CFD model could accurately predict the distribution of lithium in the salt field system,which provided solod theoretical support for improving the recovery rate of resource elements in the salt field process.
