摘要: 对吸附法从盐湖卤水中提取锂的快洗除镁工艺技术进行了实验研究。结果表明:以质量浓度为187 g/L的氯化钠溶液作为冲洗剂,在常温下对饱和吸附剂在淋洗前进行快速冲洗除镁,通过控制接触时间为2 min以及 2个床体积的快洗体积,可以有效地除去吸附剂间夹杂的卤水,达到良好的除镁效果。

Abstract: The adsorption method to extract lithium from saline lake brine and fast leaching for magnesium removal technolo- gy were studied.Results showed taking NaCl solution with mass concentration of 187 g/L as the leaching agent,fast leaching the saturated sorbent at room temperature before washing to remove magnesium ions,controlling the contacting time at 2 min and 2 bed-volume for fast leaching,the brine between the sorbents could be effectively removed to reach good magnesium removing effect.
