钛系锂离子筛粉体与PVDF树脂纺丝成型及性能研究

摘要:

为了实现钛系锂离子筛(H2TiO3-LIS)粉体的颗粒化成型并规模化应用于盐湖提锂,采用纺丝成型的方式对H2TiO3-LIS粉体进行成型。确定了最佳配方及工艺条件:聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)用量占PVDF和H2TiO3-LIS粉体总质量的20%;聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP-K60)质量为PVDF质量的80%;凝固浴温度为80 ℃;空气段长度为20 cm;切丝长度为3 mm。成型后的颗粒吸附剂用于格尔木盐湖卤水的提锂测试,结果表明,H2TiO3-LIS颗粒吸附剂对锂离子的质量吸附容量为9.3 mg/g,体积吸附容量为3.6 g/L,且运行稳定性良好,30次循环后吸附容量为初始吸附容量的92.5%。

Abstract:

In order to realize the granulation molding of titanium-based lithium ion sieve(H2TiO3-LIS) powder and large-scale application in lithium extraction from salt lakes,H2TiO3-LIS powder was formed by spinning.The optimal formula and process conditions were determined,the amount of PVDF was accounted for 20% of the total mass of PVDF and H2TiO3-LIS powder,the amount of PVP-K60 was accounted for 80% of the mass of PVDF,the temperature of the solidification bath was 80 ℃,the length of the air section was 20 cm,and the length of the shredding was 3 mm.The granulated adsorbent was used in the lithium extraction test of Golmud Salt Lake brine.The results showed that the mass adsorption capacity of the H2TiO3-LIS particle adsorbent for Li+ was 9.3 mg/g and the volume adsorption capacity was 3.6 g/L,and the operation stability was good.After 30 cycles,the adsorption capacity was 92.5% of the initial adsorption capacity.
