废FCC催化剂的形态、成分分析及环境风险评价

Morphological, composition analysis,and environmental risks assessment of spent FCC catalysts

摘要: 为了解中国废FCC催化剂的形态、成分以及其中重金属的潜在危害,以2个炼油厂的3种废FCC催化剂为研究对象,分析了其形态特征和元素组成,并对其做了环境风险评价。结果表明,较新鲜催化剂,废FCC催化剂形态特征以及元素组成均发生了变化,XRD谱图呈无定型态,比表面积明显减小,组分中新增了Ni、Cu、Zn、Pb、V、Ba、As等重金属,其中Ni含量达到10-3级。环境风险评价表明,废FCC催化剂试样不属于危险固体废弃物,但是若对其进行直接填埋,其中的Ni、Zn、Ba、As等重金属会对环境造成一定的风险。

Abstract: In order to know the morphology,composition,and potential hazards of heavy metals of the spent FCC catalysts, three kinds of spent FCC catalyst from two oil refineries have been selected to be the research objects,then morphological characters and elements composition have been analyzed,and environmental risks have been assessed.Compared with the fresh catalysts,the results of the spent FCC catalysts showed that:1)morphological characters and elements composition have been changed;2)XRD pattern showed an amorphous type;3)specific surface area significantly reduced;4)some heavy metals,such as Ni,Cu,Zn,Pb,V,Ba,and As were added to the composition,and the content of the Ni reached 10-3 orders of magnitude.Environmental risks assessment showed that spent FCC catalyst samples did not belong to the hazardous solid waste.While if spent FCC catalysts were disposed by landfill directly,some heavy metals,such as Ni,Zn,Ba,and As will cause certain risks to the environment.
