三氟化锑的工业化生产

摘要: 传统的三氟化锑的生产方法是采用三氧化二锑和过量氢氟酸反应。该方法存在原料浪费严重、能量消耗大、对设备材质要求高、产生腐蚀性酸雾等缺点,因而无法进行工业化生产。介绍了以三氯化锑和无水氟化氢为原料,以四氯化碳为溶剂,生产三氟化锑的工业化生产方法,主要包括工艺流程、生产装置、操作方法以及产品质量的测定方法。新方法与传统方法相比,具有操作简便、安全、经济以及生产过程不存在严重污染等特点,而且生产的三氟化锑产品是高纯产品。

Abstract: The traditional production method of antimony trifluoride is using antimony trioxide to react with excessive hydrofluoric acid.This method is difficult to industrialize due to its many defects,such as serious raw material waste,enormous energy consumption,strict demand to equipment material,and corrosive acid mist generation etc..An industrial production method of antimony trifluoride,which used antimony trichloride and anhydrous hydrogen fluoride as raw materials and carbon tetrachloride as solvent,was thoroughly introduced. It included process flow,equipment,and methods of operation and determination of product quality etc..Comparing with traditional methods,the new method was easy to operate,safe,cheap,and no serious pollution,and the obtained antimony trifluoride was a high-purity product.
