拜耳法赤泥综合利用研究现状

摘要: 赤泥是氧化铝生产过程中排放的固体废渣,其组成和特性因铝土矿的种类和生产工艺的不同而不同。论述了赤泥被用于环境污染治理和低附加值的建筑材料等领域的研究状况,以及从赤泥中回收有价金属的研究。针对目前拜耳法赤泥利用的现状,提出了一种综合高效利用拜耳法赤泥的新工艺。

Abstract: Red mud is an solid residue discharged from the production process of alumina.Its composition and properties varies with the different types of bauxite and production processes.Research status of red mud utilized in the fields of low value-added building materials and environmental pollution treatment as well as the research of recovering valuable metals from red mud was reviewed respectively.In addition, according to the present utilization status of red mud from Bayer process, a new technology of comprehensively and high-efficiently reusing red mud was proposeds.
