Progress in synthesis of zeolite membranes in fluorine media

Abstract:

Molecular sieve membrane has not only the unique and uniform pore structure and adjustable properties of molecular sieve monomer,but also the characteristics of high mechanical strength,high thermal stability and strong chemical resistance.It has a good application prospect in the fields of gas separation,catalytic reaction and solvent purification.It has become one of the hot spots in recent years.In the process of synthesizing molecular sieve membrane,fluorine ion can replace hydroxyl ion as mineralizer and synthesize molecular sieve membrane in near neutral system.Moreover,fluorine ion can play the role of structure guide agent in some synthesis reactions and replace expensive organic template agent.For a few specific types of zeolite membrane,the synthesis in fluorine media has better performance.The research status and the latest progress of different types of zeolite membranes synthesized in fluorine-containing system were summarized.On this basis,the mechanism of fluorine ion in the synthesis of zeolite membrane was discussed.
