Preparation of T-type zeolite membrane and its separation performance on acetonitrile-water containing acid

Abstract:

A large amount of acetonitrile waste liquid will be produced in petrochemical and pharmaceutical industries,which can be recovered by inorganic molecular sieve membrane separation technology to create considerable economic value.Howe-ver,acetonitrile waste liquid has high water content and acidity.NaA zeolite membrane can not be used in this system for a long time,which is widely used at present.The self-made T-type zeolite with an average particle size of 600 nm was used as crystal seed.The crystal seed was loaded on the surface of α-Al2O3 carrier tube by vacuum coating method.The T-type zeolite membrane was prepared by hydrothermal crystallization at 150 ℃ for 16 h.And pervaporation evaluation experiments were carried out.The results showed that the pervaporation dehydration of acetonitrile mixed solution containing 1%(mass fraction)acetic acid and 10%(mass fraction) water was carried out by self-made T-type zeolite membrane at 100 ℃.The permeation flux was 2.51 kg/(m 2·h).During 120 h operation,the separation factor maintained above 2 250,and the performance of T-type zeolite membrane remained basically unchanged.
