Abstract:

The adsorption and separation properties of porous materials such as silica gel,γ-Al2O3,13X molecular sieve,Y molecular sieve and ZSM-5 molecular sieve on alkane/olefin were investigated on a small fixed bed(200 mL) reactor using simulated oil as raw material. The alkane/olefin separation effect of silica gel was the best.Under the conditions of adsorption temperature of 40 ℃,pressure of 0.5 MPa and desorbent of n-octane/methylcyclohexane,the alkane/olefin separation degree was up to 0.81.Compared with other types of silica gel, type B silica gel with an average pore diameter of 4~6 nm had better mass transfer effect, and the adsorption-desorption process turned to be more balanced. The regenerated adsorbents by roasting and solvent, compared with fresh agent, the separation effect did not decreased obviously.
