以锂矿为锂源循环制备正极材料LiFePO4

Circulating preparation of cathode material LiFePO4 with lithium mineral as lithium resource

摘要: 以锂矿为锂源制备出杂质含量很低的反应用锂溶液,与亚铁盐溶液、磷源溶液在液相条件下合成LiFePO4,加糖、煅烧,制得正极材料LiFePO4。循环利用反应用锂溶液及LiFePO4制备过程中产生的副产品。通过XRD、SEM、恒电流充放电测试等对正极材料LiFePO4的物相、形貌、电化学性能等进行表征,并对材料的制备成本进行分析。合成的正极材料LiFePO4纯度高,在0.2 C和1 C条件下比容量分别为160.1 mA·h/g和145.3 mA·h/g,首次库伦效率为97.3%。与以锂盐为锂源合成的LiFePO4相比较,以锂矿为锂源合成的LiFePO4可使制备成本降低超过12 000元/t,同时实现了循环经济。

Abstract: LiFePO4 was synthesized in aqueous solution with ferrous solution,phosphorus solution,and lithium solution of low trace impurity content prepared with lithium mineral.Cathode material LiFePO4  was acquired by calcining mixer of sugar and LiFePO4.By-products produced in preparing LiFePO4  and lithium solution were reused to prepare LiFePO4.The crystal phases,morphology,and electrochemical performance etc.were characterized by XRD,SEM,and constant current charge-discharge tests.Cost for fabricating LiFePO4  was also calculated.Synthesized cathode material LiFePO4 belonged to pure olivine-type phase with specific capacity of 160.1 mA·h/g and 145.3 mA·h/g at 0.2 C and 1 C,respectively,and the initial coulombic efficiency was 97.3%.Comparing with lithium chemicals as lithium resource,synthesizing LiFePO4  with lithium mineral as lithium resource might decrease cost for more than 12 000 Yuan/t.Meanwhile,circular economy was realized.
