Study on carbonization and purification process of high COD industrial waste salt

摘要:

研究了炭化处理消除高化学需氧量(COD)工业废盐中的有机污染物,并实现废盐的精制。主要考察了炭化气氛、炭化反应温度、反应时间、料层厚度和废盐含水率等因素对炭化过程有机物脱除效果和炭化盐形态的影响。当原始废盐水溶性COD含量为6 680 mg/kg、含水率为0.85%(质量分数)时,正交实验结果表明,炭化温度相比炭化反应时间、炭化气氛和料层厚度对炭化过程有机物的脱除效果具有更高的显著值。单因素实验结果表明,采用空气气氛下炭化、炭化反应温度为575 ℃、料层厚度为25 mm、炭化时间为1 h时,其水溶性COD的残留量平均值为87.36 mg/kg,去除率可达到98%以上;质量分数为20%的盐溶液色度值由975.4降至13.5,经净化精制所得的硫酸钠产品满足GB/T 6009—2014《工业无水硫酸钠》Ⅰ类一等品标准要求。

Abstract:

Removal of organic pollutants in high COD industrial waste salt by carbonization was studied,and the purification of waste salt was realized.The effects of carbonization atmosphere,carbonization reaction temperature,reaction time,material layer thickness and waste salt moisture content on the removal of organics and the morphology of carbonized salts were investigated.When raw waste salt was with water soluble COD of 6 680 mg/kg and water content of 0.85%,the orthogonal experiment results showed that the carbonization temperature had a higher significant value for the removal of carbonized organics than the carbonization reaction time,carbonization atmosphere and material layer thickness.The results of single factor experiment showed that the average residual amount of water-soluble COD was 87.36 mg/kg,and the removal rate could reach more than 98% under the conditions of air atmosphere,carbonization temperature of 575 ℃,thickness of 25 mm,and carbonization time of 1 h.At the same time,the chromaticity value of 20% salt solution was reduced from 975.4 to 13.5,and the sodium sulfate product obtained through purification and refining met the class I first grade standard of Industrial Anhydrous Sodium Sulfate(GB/T 6009—2014).
