摘要:

工业硅渣主要成分为硅、铝、钙三元氧化物及少量单质硅,其他杂质含量极少,可以作为制备高品质分子筛的原料。采用“苏打焙烧-碱浸”工艺从工业硅渣中提取硅酸钠和铝酸钠溶液,考察焙烧时间、焙烧温度、碳酸钠加入量对硅、铝浸出率的影响。结果表明:在焙烧温度为800 ℃、焙烧时间为30 min、碳酸钠加入量为理论量1.1倍的优化条件下,硅、铝转换率高,碱浸出时硅、铝的浸出率分别为82.34%和67.10%。该工艺可行,解决了工业硅废渣堆存问题,同时带来可观经济效益。

Abstract:

The industrial silicon slag is mainly composed of silicon,aluminum,calcium ternary oxides and a small amount of silicon.The content of other impurities is extremely rare.It can be used as the raw material for high-quality molecular sieve.Sodium silicate and sodium aluminate solution were extracted from industrial silicon slag by "baking soda alkali leaching" process.The effects of calcination time,calcination temperature and sodium carbonate addition on the leach rate of silicon and aluminum were investigated.The results showed that under the optimum conditions of calcination temperature of 800 ℃,calcination time of 30 min and 1.1 times of the theoretical amount of sodium carbonate,the conversion rate of silicon and aluminum was high,and the leach rates of silicon and aluminum in alkali leaching were 82.34% and 67.10% respectively.The process was feasible,which solved the problem of industrial silicon waste residue stockpiling and brings considerable economic benefits.
