煤矸石中有价元素回收技术研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要：

煤矸石是中国排放量以及堆存量最大的工业固体废弃物之一，其含有丰富的铝、硅、铁以及一些微量或痕量元素，如锂、镓、钛以及稀土元素等，这些元素中的一种或多种富集到工业价值后就可以综合利用。主要概述了煤矸石在铝、硅、铁以及稀有金属回收领域的研究现状，通过分析以上化学元素回收技术的优缺点，指出技术壁垒是煤矸石利用中的迫切问题，探索不同种类煤矸石应用的科学组合以及煤矸石在不同行业之间的应用研究、缩短工艺流程、形成煤矸石利用的产业链，将是早日实现煤矸石综合利用工业化的必经之路。

Abstract:

Coal gangue is one of the largest industrial solid waste emissions and storage in China.It is rich in Al，Si，Fe and some trace elements，such as Li，Ga，Ti and rare earth elements.One or many of these elements can be comprehensively utilized after being enriched to industrial value.The research status of coal gangue in the field of aluminum，silicon，iron and rare metal recovery was summarized.By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the above chemical element recovery technologies，it was pointed out that technical barrier was an urgent problem in the utilization of coal gangue.the scientific combination of the application of different types of coal gangue and the application research of coal gangue in different industries was explored.Shortening the process flow and forming the industrial chain of coal gangue utilization would be the only way to realize the industrialization of comprehensive utilization of coal gangue as soon as possible.
