Abstract: Lithium in aluminum rock was leached and enriched by leaching agent HF,and the exploration and single factor tests were carried out. Results showed that the leaching rate of lithium was as high as 98.73%,under the conditions of temper- ature of 75 ℃,solid-liquid ratio(g/mL) of 1∶8,HF volume fraction of 17%,reaction time of 15 min,and stirring speed of 300 r/min.The other leaching conditions remained the same, the lithium leaching rate of 83.80% could also be reached at room temperature(25 ℃).The XRD was used to analyze the mineral compositions of raw ore and leaching residue, the results showed that the reaction of HF and aluminum rock was mainly that kaolinite as main carrier mineral of lithium was selectively dissolved by HF,and lithium was mobilized and concentrated in the process.
