体系热力学分析*

Abstract

Abstract: Thermodynamics analysis was conducted for the complex equilibrium about the leaching section of a type of zinc oxide production process，meanwhile，the thermodynamic model of ZnO-NH3-NH4HCO3-H2Osystem was developed.The effects of ammonia concentrations and pH with different temperatures on the solubility of zinc oxide were studied and the suitable conditions for zinc oxide leaching were analyzed.Results of theoretic calculations at 298 K and 333 K were verified by experiments.Results showed that the relative average error between the theoretic calculations and the experimental values were 9.39% and 11.88%，which proofed the thermodynamic model was reliable.
