含锶纳米羟基磷灰石的制备及性能研究

Abstract

Abstract: Nano-sized strontium-doped hydroxyapatite（Sr-CaHAP） was prepared by chemical precipitation method.The structure of nano-sized Sr-CaHAP was analyzed by means of XRD，FT-IR，and TEM etc..The adsorption properties of nano-sized Sr-CaHAP were studied with bovine serum albumin（BSA） as adsorbing target.Results showed that the nano-sized Sr-CaHAP had good dispersion，and was nanometer acicular crystal with a certain particle size.The adsorption amount of nano-sized Sr-CaHAP to BSA was the largest when the adsorption time of 1 h，the adsorption temperature of 45 ℃，and pH of 7；and adsorption amount increased with the increasing of BSA concentration.The adsorption amount of nano-sized Sr-CaHAP to BSA was larger than that of HAP.
