铬渣无害化处理方案优化探讨

Abstract

Abstract: Based on the physical and chemical analysis on properties of chromium slag generated from sodium bichromate production with the lime-based roasting process，several methods and measures for reducing hexavalent chromium into trivalent chromium were put forward.Comprehensive analysis for those methods were made from the aspects of technical feasibility， operation difficulty，and detoxification production economy，and the optimal chromium slag detoxification scheme and operating procedures were confirmed to guide China′s harmless treatment of chromium slag.Comprehensive utilization channels of harmless chromium slag were also analyzed.Comprehensive utilization direction of chromium slag was sincerely pointed out，hoping that could help the companies or government authorities of chromium residue harmless management.
