Effect of temperature and pH on boron enrichment in solution

Abstract: Temperature and pH can affect the enrichment of boron oxide(as B2O3)in solution.Through experimental measurements,the changing law of mass fraction of boron oxide with the variation of pH in boron saturated solution at different temperatures was obtained,and the fitted equation of mass fraction of boron oxide with the variation of temperatures at different pH was made.The experimental results showed that the total mass fraction of boron oxide first decreased then increased in its saturated solution at 10~50 ℃;At 60~80 ℃,it decreased at first,then increased and finally decreased;When the pH was at8 ~11,the total mass fraction of boron increased with the increasing of pH,and when the pH was 12,the total boron saturated concentration was increased at first and decreased at last.
