提锂吸附剂的合成与吸附过程研究

Abstract

Abstract: Spinel Li_1.6Mn_1.6O₄ was synthesized with KMnO₄ as raw material via hydrothermal reaction and calcinations.Then H_1.6Mn_1.6O₄ which had a lithium adsorption effect was produced by exchanging H⁺ in HCl with the lithium of spinel Li_1.6Mn_1.6O₄. The intermediate-product and end-product were characterized by SEM and XRD.The results of adsorption experiment using H_1.6Mn_1.6O₄ as the adsorbent，showed that the synthetic adsorbent had a good performance in adsorption capacity to lithium ions with the maximum adsorption of 46 mg/g.And the results of desorption experiment with HCl showed that the desorption rate was above 95% and the dissolved loss rate was about 3%.
