硫酸耦合硅烷偶联剂除杂增白浮选后磷石膏的研究

Study on removing impurity and whitening phosphogypsum after flotation by sulfuric acid coupling silane coupling agent

摘要:

为缓解磷石膏堆存污染问题,促进磷石膏大宗化利用。研究采用硫酸耦合硅烷偶联剂对浮选后磷石膏作进一步除杂增白。此除杂增白工艺的适宜条件:硫酸质量分数为30%、酸浸液固质量比为5∶1、酸浸温度为80 ℃、酸浸时间为30 min、硅烷偶联剂质量分数为5%、硅烷偶联剂的反应温度为80 ℃及硅烷偶联剂反应时间为60 min。在此条件下,样品白度可由65.19%提高到91.91%,提纯效果显著。除杂增白过程中氟类与磷类杂质主要是通过与硫酸反应的方式被转化去除;硅类与有机质类杂质主要是通过硅烷偶联剂吸附聚集成大颗粒状被过滤去除。经该工艺除杂后的磷石膏与自然石膏的白度及纯度较接近,其在建材、造纸、农业、橡胶、耐热增强绝缘材料等相关行业的应用前景显著提高,对磷石膏大宗化利用的实现有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:

In order to alleviate the problem of phosphogypsum stockpiling pollution and promote the mass utilization of phosphogypsum,sulfuric acid coupled with silane coupling agent was used to further remove impurities and whitening of phosphogypsum after flotation.The results showed that the optimum conditions for the impurity removal and whitening process were as follows:the sulfuric acid mass fraction of 30%,acid leaching solution-solid ratio of 5∶1,acid leaching temperature of 80 ℃,acid leaching time of 30 min,silane coupling agent fraction of 5%,silane coupling agent reaction temperature of 80 ℃ and silane coupling agent reaction time of 60 min.Under this condition,the purification effect was remarkable,and the whiteness of the sample could be increased from 65.19% to 91.91%.In the process of impurity removal and whitening,fluorine and phosphorus impurities were mainly removed by reaction with sulfuric acid.Silicon and organic impurities were mainly adsorbed by the silane coupling agent and aggregated into large particles,which were filtered out.The whiteness and purity of phosphogypsum after impurity removal by this process were close to those of natural gypsum,and its application prospects in related industries such as building materials,papermaking,agriculture,rubber,heat-resistant and reinforced insulation materials were significantly improved,which had certain guiding significance for the realization of the mass utilization of phosphogypsum.
