碱法水热-偶联剂强化改性粉煤灰及表面性能研究

Study on enhanced modification of fly ash with alkali hydrothermal-coupling agent and its surface properties

摘要:

采用碱溶液水热处理和接枝硅烷偶联剂方法对粉煤灰进行表面改性,以提高其在聚合物基体中的界面相容性。通过扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、红外光谱(FT-IR)和接触角测试等方法表征粉煤灰微观形貌、组成及表面性能。氢氧化钠浓度由0 mol/L提至4.0 mol/L时,粉煤灰表面呈花瓣状多级结构,生成分子筛类复盐Na6(AlSiO46·4H2O,比表面积由12.2 m2/g提高至46.4 m2/g,反应活性位点增多,有利于接枝硅烷偶联剂,提高与聚合物的界面相容性。

Abstract:

The surface of fly ash was modified by alkali solution hydrothermal treatment and grafting with silane coupling agent to improve its interfacial compatibility in polymer matrix.The microstructure,composition and surface properties of fly ash were characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR) and contact angle test.When the concentration of NaOH was increased from 0 mol/L to 4.0 mol/L,fly ash presented petal-like architecture and formed Na6(AlSiO46·4H2O,which led to the increase of specific sur-face area from 12.2 m2/g to 46.4 m2/g,and the reactive sites increased,which was beneficial to graft with silane coupling agent and improve the interfacial compatibility with polymer.
