粉煤灰提铝残渣制备体型化4A分子筛的研究

Study on shaped 4A zeolite synthesized with aluminum extraction residue by fly ash

摘要:

粉煤灰提铝残渣的资源化转化是高铝粉煤灰提铝产业链条的主要环节。以粉煤灰提铝残渣为主要原料,首先制备出地质聚合物块体,再通过水热反应将其原位转化为体型化4A分子筛。研究了不同参数条件对分子筛合成的影响规律,得到粉煤灰提铝残渣制备4A分子筛的最佳工艺参数:硅铝物质的量比为1.8、水钠物质的量比为50、水热时间为9 h、水热温度为100 ℃。X射线衍射分析(XRD)、红外光谱分析(FT-IR)、扫描电子显微镜与能谱分析(SEM-EDS)、比表面积及孔径分析、热重分析等结果表明,最佳工艺参数下合成的4A分子筛晶相较纯、晶粒较完整、热稳定性好,比表面积为71.85 m2/g,每100 g催化剂的阳离子交换容量为353.72 mmol。研究结果表明,以粉煤灰提铝残渣为主要原料,可制备出满足4A分子筛标准的体型化分子筛,可考虑后续工业化推广。

Abstract:

The resource transformation of fly ash aluminium extraction residue is the main link in the industrial chain of aluminium extraction from high-alumina fly ash.In this paper,the aluminium extraction residue from fly ash was used as the main raw material,and the geopolymer block was firstly prepared,and then it was converted into a bulk 4A zeolite in situ through hydrothermal reaction.The effect of different parameters on the synthesis of zeolites was studied,and the optimal process parameters for the preparation of 4A zeolites from aluminium extraction residues from fly ash were as follows:the molar ratio of silicon-aluminum was 1.8,the molar ratio of water to sodium was 50,the hydrothermal time was 9 h,and the hydrothermal temperature was 100 ℃.The results of X-ray diffraction analysis(XRD),infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),scanning electron microscopy and energy spectroscopy(SEM-EDS),specific surface area and pore size analysis,and thermogravimetric analysis showed that the crystals synthesized under the optimal process parameters were relatively pure,the grains were relatively intact,and the thermal stability was good,with a specific surface area of 71.85 m2/g and a cation exchange capacity of 353.72 mmol(each 100 g of catalyst).The results showed that the bulk zeolite that met the standard of 4A zeolite could be prepared with the residue of fly ash extraction of aluminum as the main raw material,and the subsequent industrialization could be considered.
