新型凝胶法制备PAC及除藻效果研究

Study on preparation of PAC by a new gel method and its algal removal effect

摘要:

为制备有效含量高、性能稳定的聚氯化铝,同时有效缩短制备时间,通过新型凝胶法制备了聚氯化铝(PAC)。新型凝胶法聚氯化铝的制备条件优化为:氢氧化铝与微过量的氢氧化钠在微沸条件下反应,得到澄清的偏铝酸钠溶液;向偏铝酸钠溶液中滴加盐酸,中和过量的碱;然后在加热和搅拌条件下向溶液中滴加定量的盐酸反应,得到一定盐基度的PAC产物。研究结果显示:当n(NaOH)/n[Al(OH)3]为1.50时,仅需15 min即可制得偏铝酸钠溶液;盐酸溶液浓度为6.19 mol/L,其滴加速度为15.00 mL/min,加热温度为80 ℃,加热时间为0.5~1.0 h时,制得的聚氯化铝中低中聚态的铝(Alb)有效质量分数达80%以上。将制备的聚氯化铝用于含藻水样的混凝处理,研究结果显示:n(OH-)/n(Al3+)=2.0的自制聚氯化铝在投加量为6.6 mg/L时,对初始浊度为10~40 NTU的含藻水样,浊度去除率达到90%以上、残余铝质量浓度在0.20 mg/L以下。新型凝胶法制备聚氯化铝有效缩短了制备时间,产品有效含量高、混凝效果良好。

Abstract:

In order to prepare polyaluminum chloride(PAC) with high effective content and stable performance,and effectively shorten the preparation time,a new gel method was used to prepare PAC.The preparation conditions of polyaluminium chloride by the new gel method were optimized as follows:aluminum hydroxide was reacted with slightly excessive sodium hydroxide under slightly boiling conditions to obtain a clear sodium metaaluminate solution.Hydrochloric acid was dropped into sodium metaaluminate solution to neutralize excess alkali.Then,under the conditions of heating and stirring,a quantitative amount of hydrochloric acid was added to the solution for reaction to obtain PAC products with a certain basicity.The results showed that when n(NaOH)/n[Al(OH)3] was 1.50,sodium meta-aluminate solution could be prepared in only 15 minutes.When the concentration of hydrochloric acid solution was 6.19 mol/L,the dropping speed was 15.00 mL/min,the heating temperature was 80 ℃,and the heating time was 0.5~1.0 h,the effective content of Alb in polyaluminum chloride was more than 80%.The prepared polyaluminum chloride was used for coagulation treatment of algae containing water samples.The results showed that when the dosage of n(OH-)/n(Al3+)=2.0 homemade polyaluminum chloride was 6.6 mg/L,the turbidity removal rate of algae containing water samples with initial turbidity of 10~40 NTU was more than 90%,and the residual aluminum concentration was less than 0.20 mg/L.The new gel method could effectively shorten the preparation time,and the product had high effective content and good coagulation effect.
