摘要: 传统的EDTA容量法测定铝土矿中的Al2O3具有操作复杂、检测时间长等缺点,为此研究了快速测定铝土矿中氧化铝的含量。在氧化铝质量分数为12%~70%的矿样中,通过比较2种不同处理方法,发现氢氧化钠溶解沉淀法与国标法相比测定结果无显著性差异,氢氧化钠溶解沉淀法中氢氧化钠的使用量为3 g。同时氢氧化钠溶解沉淀法具有步骤简易,检测速度快的特点,在快速测定铝土矿中氧化铝的含量中具有很好的应用效果。

Abstract: The traditional EDTA volumetric method have the disadvantages such as complex operation and long time detec- tion.Then the fast measurement for the content of Al2O3 in bauxite was studied.In allusion to the sample with the mass fraction of Al2O3  at 12%~70%,two different treatment methods were compared.It was found that there were no obvious difference in the testing results with NaOH dissolved precipitation method and the national standard.The consumption of NaOH for the NaOH dissolved precipitation method was only 3 g.And the method had simple steps and less time to measure.Therefore,the method had a good application prospect in the rapid determination of the content of Al2O3  in bauxite.
