湿法磷酸净化生产电池级磷酸二氢铵的应用研究

摘要:

为应对全球能源转型对锂离子电池材料的高要求,解决传统热法磷酸工艺路线高能耗和高污染、湿法磷酸工艺路线高杂质的问题,开发基于湿法磷酸净化的生产电池级磷酸二氢铵的工艺。通过创新的多级净化技术,包括化学沉淀-萃取-膜分离耦合、低温预混脱砷、热能梯级利用及DTB结晶器-消晶器联用等,实现湿法磷酸的深度净化和高效利用。研究结果表明,所制备的产品各项指标均达到HG/T 5742—2020《电池用磷酸二氢铵》标准,纯度达99.8%,水分质量分数低至0.02%,硫化合物、氟化物、砷和铁含量分别降至36.14、3.15、1.15和5.23 mg/kg。湿法工艺较热法工艺的原料成本降低61.3%,能耗成本降低75.3%,投资强度减少40.7%,环保处理成本显著下降。研究工艺在10万t/a工业化装置中成功验证,展现了显著的技术和经济优势,为湿法磷酸产业链的绿色升级提供了重要技术支撑,具有广阔的行业推广前景。

Abstract:

To address the high demands of global energy transition on lithium-ion battery materials and resolve the issues of high energy consumption and pollution in traditional thermal-process phosphoric acid routes,as well as the high impurity levels in wet-process phosphoric acid routes,a novel process for producing battery-grade ammonium dihydrogen phosphate(MAP) based on wet-process phosphoric acid purification was developed.Through innovative multi-stage purification technologies,including chemical precipitation-extraction-membrane separation coupling,low-temperature premixing for arsenic removal,graded utilization of thermal energy,and the combined use of DTB crystallizers and crystal destroyers,deep purification and efficient utilization of wet-process phosphoric acid were achieved.The results demonstrated that the prepared product surpassed the specifications of the(HG/T 5742—2020)“Ammonium dihydrogen phosphate for battery materials” standard,with a purity of up to 99.8%,moisture content as low as 0.02%,and sulfur compounds,fluorides,arsenic,and iron content was reduced to 36.14,3.15,1.15,and 5.23 mg/kg,respectively.Compared to thermal-process routes,the raw material cost,energy consumption cost and investment intensity were reduced by 61.3%,75.3%,40.7%,respectively and environmental treatment costs were significantly decreased.The developed process was successfully validated in a 100 000 t/a industrial-scale facility,demonstrating notable technical and economic advantages.It provided crucial technical support for the green upgrading of the wet-process phosphoric acid industry chain with broad prospects for industry-wide adoption.
