摘要:

磷酸脲是一种高浓度、高效氮磷复合水溶肥。基于湿法磷酸生产能耗低、环境污染小、成本低廉的优点,采用湿法磷酸制备磷酸脲近几年得到了国内学者的广泛关注。综述了磷酸脲的性质、农业行业与国家标准、制备原理与方法及近年来湿法磷酸制备磷酸脲的研究进展,展望了磷酸脲制备的发展方向,并指出磷酸脲合成及结晶过程中杂质离子传质现象及理论是实现并优化湿法磷酸制备磷酸脲的基础。

Abstract:

Urea phosphate as a kind of water soluble compound fertilizer containing nitrogen and phosphorus has advantages of high concentration and high efficiency.Based on the advantages of low energy consumption,low environmental pollution and low cost in the production of wet-process phosphoric acid,the preparation of urea phosphate by wet-process phosphoric acid has been widely concerned by Chinese scholars in recent years.The properties of urea phosphate,agriculture industry standard and national standard,preparation principle and method and the research progress on preparation of urea phosphate with the wet-process phosphoric acid in recent years were summarized.The future development direction of urea phosphate preparation was forecasted.Further study on mass transfer phenomenon and theory of the impurity ions in the processes of urea phosphate preparation and crystallization as the fundamental for realization and optimization of the urea phosphate preparation with wet-process phosphoric acid was pointed out.
