NaY分子筛导向剂的制备及其性能研究

摘要: 制备了一种适用于较低温度的溶胶导向剂。并以内蒙煤系高岭土为原料,水热合成NaY分子筛。考察了导向剂的老化时间、老化温度、冷却时间等合成条件对导向剂的外观状态、活性的影响,以及导向剂对NaY分子筛的晶化导向作用。结果表明:在导向剂老化时间为12 h、老化温度为低于30 ℃的室温、冷却时间为15 min、导向剂加入量为8%时,所得NaY分子筛产品结晶度高,无杂晶,粒径大小约为2 μm。

Abstract: A sol guide agent suitable for low temperature has been prepared.NaY zeolite was synthesized by hydrothermal synthesis method with the Inner Mongolia coal series kaolin as raw material.The impacts of aging time,aging temperature,and cooling time on guide agent′s appearance and activity were investigated.The role of guide agents on the crystallization of NaY molecular sieve was also investigated.The results showed that the aging time was 12 h,aging temperature(room temperature) was less than 30 ℃,cooling time was 15 min,and adding content of guide agent was 8%,the product had high crystallinity and no mottle,with grain size of about 2 μm.
