湿法磷酸中碘的回收利用

摘要: 随着磷矿贫化加剧,低品位磷矿中伴生的多种有价值元素的综合利用越来越引起重视。云南磷矿中碘含量普遍较高,从磷矿中回收碘资源可作为解决中国碘需求的有效途径之一。碘资源的回收利用方法较多,首先从不同原料出发,简单阐述了碘回收利用的几个重要的方法。结合现有的工业生产技术,重点叙述了湿法磷酸中碘的回收利用途径,主要包含了空气吹出吸收工艺从稀磷酸中回收碘的工艺技术和通过氧化萃取、离子交换的方法提取氟硅酸中碘的技术。

Abstract: With the aggravation of phosphate ore dilution,comprehensive utilization of low grade phosphate ore associated with a variety of valuable elements is paid more and more attention.The content of iodine in Yunnan phosphate ore is generally higher.Recovery of iodine from phosphate ore can be treated as one of the effective ways to solve the needs of iodine in China.There are many methods for recycling iodine resources.In allusion to different raw materials,several important iodine recycling methods were briefly discussed.Combining with the existing industrial production technology,recycling pathways of iodine from the wet-process phosphoric,including‘recovery of iodine from dilute phosphoric acid with air blowing technology’ and ‘recovery of iodine from fluosilicic acid with oxidation-extraction and ion exchange method’were mainly introduced.
