摘要: 六氟磷酸锂具有突出的氧化稳定性和较高的离子电导率,是锂离子电池电解液的首选电解质,目前正受到国内外学者的普遍重视。综述了六氟磷酸锂的各种制备方法,如气-固反应法、有机溶剂法、离子交换法、无水氟化氢法等,并讨论了它们的优缺点,分析了杂质对六氟磷酸锂产品性能的影响。着重介绍了以无水氟化氢法工业化生产六氟磷酸锂的基本原理和工艺流程、产品标准和主要杂质检测方法。

Abstract: Lithium hexafluorophosphate has outstanding oxidation stability and high ion conductivity,so it is the preferred electrolyte material in lithium-ion batteries,and many scholars at home and abroad pay attention to it.Methods,such as gas-solid reaction method,organic solvent method,ion-exchange method,and anhydrous hydrogen fluoride method,of preparing lithium hexafluorophosphate were summarized,and their advantages and disadvantages were also discussed.Influences of the impurities in lithium hexafluorophosphate on product performance were analyzed.Meanwhile,the basic principle,process flow,product standard,and main impurities test method of hydrogen fluoride industrially produced with anhydrous hydrogen fluoride method were emphatically introduced.
