从含氟底泥中提取氟化钙的研究

摘要: 用石灰化学沉淀法处理工业含氟废水都会产生大量的底泥,其主要成分是氟化钙、氢氧化钙和碳酸钙。研究了以盐酸、纯碱和烧碱为原料将氟化钙从该底泥中提取出来的新工艺。该工艺过程主要由一次酸化、沉淀转化、烧碱除硅、二次酸化和烘干煅烧5个工序组成。工艺流程简单,工艺条件温和,对设备材质的要求不高,生产易于控制。工艺过程中没有废水、废气和废渣对环境的污染。产品氟化钙的收率可达96%以上,氟化钙的质量分数在90%以上,二氧化硅的质量分数在1.2%以下。有效地解决了底泥露天堆放的占地和环保问题,使氟资源得到了充分的循环利用。

Abstract: A large amount of sediment,which mainly consists of CaF2,Ca(OH)2,and CaCO3,was generated when disposing industrial fluoride wastewater by lime-chemical precipitation method.A new technology to extract CaF2 from sediment by using hydrochloric acid,sodium carbonate,and caustic soda as the raw materials was studied.This technology mainly consisted of five procedures including first acidification,transformation of precipitation,silicon removing by caustic soda, second acidification,and drying and calcining.The process was relatively simple,and the process conditions and the requirement for the equipment material were both easy to meet;and the production was easy to control.During the process, there was no wastewater,waste gas,and waste residue to pollute the environment.The recovery rate of the product,CaF2,can reach above 96%,and the mass fraction of CaF2 was above 90%,while the mass fraction of silica was below 1.2%.It effectively resolved the land occupation issue and environmental issue caused by stacking the sediment in the open,and made the fluorine resource get fully cyclic utilization.
