含锶废渣制备氯化锶新工艺研究

摘要:

目前,生产碳酸锶等锶盐的工厂产生的废渣中锶质量分数高达10%,且未被利用,既污染环境,又造成资源浪费。以这些含锶废渣为原料,开发经济价值较高的氯化锶产品。通过实验确定了工艺路线,并考察了反应时间及反应温度对浸取率的影响。通过单因素实验确定了最佳工艺条件:反应时间为4 h,反应温度为80 ℃。进行了氯化锶溶液中脱除杂质的方法研究,解决了从较高浓度锶离子中分离镁、钙这一问题。最终实验样品经分析测试达到了相关产品质量要求。

Abstract:

At present,the waste residue produced by factories producing strontium carbonate and other strontium salts contains up to 10%(mass fraction) strontium,which is not used and causes both environmental pollution and resource waste.With these strontium waste as raw material,high economic value of strontium chloride products was developed.The process route was determined through experiments,and the effects of the extraction time and the extraction temperature on the extraction rate were investigated respectively.The optimum technological conditions were determined by single factor experiment as follows:the leaching time was 4 h and the leaching temperature was 80 ℃.The method of removing impurities in the strontium chloride solution was studied,and the problem of separating magnesium and calcium from a large amount of strontium was solved.The final test samples reached the quality requirements of the products.
