石煤直接酸浸实验研究

摘要: 分别比较了硫酸、盐酸、硝酸和磷酸直接浸出石煤中钒的浸出效果,研究了硫酸浓度、浸出温度和浸出时间以及助浸剂氟化钙用量对钒浸出率的影响。结果表明,采用硫酸直接浸出,在w(硫酸)=30%、浸出时间为6 h、浸出温度为90 ℃、液固比(mL/g)为4∶1、搅拌转速为400 r/min的最佳浸出条件下,钒浸出率为63.48%,添加3%(质量分数)氟化钙作为助浸剂,钒浸出率可达到90.32%,浸出时间可缩至2 h。

Abstract: Results of direct leaching vanandium from stone coal with H2SO4,HCl,HNO3,and H3PO4 were compared,and effects of H2SO4 concentration,leaching temperature,leaching time, and dosage of helper leaching agent CaF2 on leaching rate were studied.Results indicated that under the optimal conditions of H2SO4 mass fraction of 30%,leaching time of 6 h, leaching temperature of 90 ℃,liquid to solid ratio of 4∶1(mL/g),and agitation speed of 400 r/min,vanadium leaching rate was 63.48%.Under those above conditions,adding 3%(mass fraction) CaF2 as helper leaching agent,vanadium leaching rate could reach 90.32%,and leaching time could be also reduced to 2 h.
