Extraction of lithium,potassium,rubidium and cesium by chlorination roasting-water leaching process

摘要: 以锂云母精矿为原料,采用氯化焙烧-水浸工艺进行了综合提取锂、钾、铷、铯的研究,通过焙烧温度、焙烧时间、氯化剂用量、液固比等一系列条件实验,确定了适宜的工艺条件为:焙烧温度为850 ℃、焙烧时间为45 min、无水氯化钙和氯化钠用量均为矿样量的50%、液固质量比为4、浸出时间为45 min。在此条件下,锂、钾、铷、铯的浸出率依次可达89.73%、90.64%、93.27%、91.00%,浸出液中杂质成分除钙含量偏高外,其他杂质镁、锰、铁、铝、硅等浸出都很少。该工艺实现了锂、钾、铷、铯与杂质的高效分离。

Abstract: The comprehensive extraction of lithium,potassium,rubidium and cesium from lepidolite concentrate by chlorina tion roastingwater leaching process was investigated.Through a series of conditions experiments including roasting tempera ture,roasting time,chlorinating agent amount and liquidsolid ratio etc.,the appropriate conditions were determined as fol lows:roasting temperature of 850 ℃,roasting time of 45 min,the amounts of anhydrous calcium chloride and sodium chloride are 50% of the amount of ore sample respectively,liquid solid mass ratio of 4 and leaching time of 45 min.Under the optimal conditions,the leaching rates of lithium,potassium,rubidium and cesium were 89.73%,90.64%,93.27% and 91.00%,respectively.In addition to high calcium content in leaching solution,other impurities such as magnesium,manganese,iron,aluminum and silicon etc.were rarely leached.The efficient separation of lithium,potassium,rubidium,cesium from the impurities was realized.
