TCDTO-1重整生成油精制催化剂工业侧线试验*

摘要: 国内外大多数装置采用颗粒活性白土来脱除重整生成油中的烯烃。但是,白土频繁更换不仅不利于安全生产,而且废弃的白土污染环境,处理费用较高,导致白土综合使用费用居高不下。针对活性白土的缺点,开发出一种新型的单程寿命较长且可以反复再生的重整生成油非加氢精制催化剂TCDTO-1用于取代白土。设计了一套脱除重整生成油中微量烯烃的侧线试验装置。侧线试验结果表明,TCDTO-1精制催化剂具备优良的活性和稳定性,单程寿命达到白土的7倍以上,具备工业应用价值。

Abstract: Most reforming devices at home and abroad adopt granular activated clay to remove olefins in reforming generation oil.However,frequent renewal of granular activated clay is not conducive to the production safety,and abandoned clay pollutes the environment,which is also expensive to deal with,leading to a higher comprehensive operating cost.According to the shortcomings of granular activated clay,a new type of the non-hydrogenation refining catalyst TCDTO-1 for reforming generation oil was developed to replace activated clay which had longer one-way life and can be regenerated repeatedly.A bypass experiment facility for removing the trace olefins in reforming generation oil was designed.Experiment results showed that TCDTO-1 catalyst had excellent activity and stability,and the one-way life of which was 7 times of the industrial activated clay,so it had an industrial application value.
