铁酸镁光催化剂合成与多种染料降解活性对比研究

摘要:

以硝酸镁、硝酸铁和氢氧化钠作为初始材料,采用水热法合成了铁酸镁光催化剂。X射线粉末衍射(XRD)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)分析表明,合成的铁酸镁为纯的立方相,空间群为Fd-3m(227),晶粒尺寸约为25 nm。通过光学性质分析发现,铁酸镁光催化剂在200~700 nm处具有较强的光吸收能力,其能带值约为2.11 eV。以甲基蓝、罗丹明B和甲基橙为考察对象,研究了铁酸镁光催化剂对3种染料的光催化降解效果。光催化实验表明,铁酸镁光催化剂对甲基蓝具有最佳的降解效果,最佳的催化剂用量为2.5 g/L,最佳的染料质量浓度为200 mg/L。

Abstract:

Magnesium ferrite photocatalyst was synthesized by hydrothermal method with magnesium nitrate,iron nitrate and sodium hydroxide as initial materials.X-ray powder diffraction(XRD) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) analysis showed that the synthesized magnesium ferrite was a pure cubic phase with a space group of Fd-3m(227) and a grain size of about 25 nm.Through the analysis of optical properties,it was found that the photocatalyst of magnesium ferrite had strong light absorption capacity at 200~700 nm,and its energy band value was about 2.11 eV.The photocatalytic degradation effici-ency of methyl blue,Rhodamine B and methyl orange of magnesium ferrite photocatalyst was studied.Photocatalytic experi-ments showed that magnesium ferrite photocatalyst had the best degradation efficiency for the methyl blue,the best catalyst dosage was 2.5 g/L,and the best dye concentration was 200 mg/L.
